We’re looking for someone to fill a double room in our Southville house!
The house is lovely and has tons of communal space + a gorgeous garden :)
A stones throw from Wapping Wharf and North Street, the house is in a great location with good transport links and ammenities nearby (Aldi a 5 minute walk away). It’s approximately a 20 minute walk to the centre and 30 minutes to Temple Meads so super central.
The current housemates (Lydia, Lucas, and Rach) all met on spare room and are looking for a sociable, relaxed housemate as our lovely friend Kaitlin moves in with her boyfriend. We’d love someone we can hang out with after work and share the occasional house meal with.
Bills come to approximately £120 per month (including gas+electric, WiFi, water, and council tax). Bathroom is shared between 3. Room is unfurnished but Kaitlin is looking to sell some of the furniture in the room.
