We’re in a fantastic spot just a short stroll from vibrant North Street, packed with shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars. Love sports or live events? Ashton Gate Stadium is nearby. Plus, there are excellent transport links into the city centre.

• £508.70/month rent
• £63.71/month gas & electricity
• ~£67/month council tax
• Water bill (paid when received – current balance cleared when you move in)
• Small shared cost for household essentials (washing-up liquid, hand soap, toilet paper, internet, etc.)
🏠 About the House:
We keep things relaxed, friendly, and respectful. Everyone has their own space, but we’re happy to share the occasional chat or bit of TV time together.
The rest of the house is fully furnished, but the room available will be unfurnished, giving you the flexibility to make it your own.
👬 Meet Your Housemates:
• Ken – into rugby, running, swimming, badminton, and cycling. Usually recharging in my room after sports, but always up for a friendly chat or TV session.
• Sam – into calisthenics, fitness, and American football. Works long shifts at the hospital, loves cooking, NFL, and the occasional video game.
