1 room in a house share in southville

1 cosy room available (with a small double bed) in our lovely house share in Southville. We are located just off North Street with easy access to all it has to offer. Small garden at the rear of the property and a shared living room and kitchen. The house is great for transport links and is about a 20min walk to the centre of town or temple meads train station.

We are a sociable household that enjoy a variety of things between us. We are all very independent of each other and normally have our own schedules and things going on. We socialise as a house, having a chat whilst making dinner, going for a drink on north street or just happy to chill about the house with each other.

The current tenants are Ben (32), El (27), Tibs (28) and Ellen (32).

We are looking for one tenant, ideally someone who doesn’t work from home full time but hybrid is ok.

We would like someone who fits in with us as a group and has similar interests. We want to arrange a viewing to meet you and see what you think of the house and us.

The move in date does state the start of September. Also bills not included but roughly come to about £70-100 a month.
