The flat is in a great location and has a large south facing garden that only our flat has access too. We have to maintain the garden ourselves so would be fab if you enjoyed gardening too. We get the sun all day so ideal for growing tomatoes every year.
The ground floor flat also has had an extension so we have a utility room and extra toilet in there.
Bills are not included but are about £175-£200 a month. We are council tax band A.
The bedroom is not furnished but the rest of the flat (open plan living room/ dining room and garden) is mainly furnished as I’ve already got lots of bits.
The deposit is actually £1153 but I can’t work out how to edit that bit
