Double Room in Friendly All-Female House 🌷

Hello! Two of our housemates are sadly moving out so we have 2 lovely double rooms available in our 5 bed house in Southville!

Room 1 is ground floor. Room 2 is the attic room.

About the rooms:
- £850 a month incl bills (and council tax!)
- Available from 22nd September
- Furnishings in room 1: bed, mattress, chest of drawers, bookshelf & the clothing rails.
- Furnishings in room 2: bed, mattress, chest of drawers, shelving unit, clothing rail & chair.

We are looking for female/non-binary housemates only!

Current Housemates:
🌸 Amy, Rosie & Eva :) We are young professionals working in design, tech and architecture.

🌻 We enjoy spending time together as a house but also value our own time/space. We often spend time chatting in the garden, going to pub quizzes, and going on walks together!

🧼 It's really important to us to have tidy, clean housemates! We spilt the cleaning between us and respect our communal spaces and expect our new housemate to do the same 😇

🏡 The 3 of us have lived together for a year now but are still keen to continue to make the house feel like our own and make everyone feel welcome!

👩🏻‍💻There's plenty of space to work from home in room 1, room 2 might be better for someone who regularly works in person. WiFi speed is never an issue, even when a lot of us are working from home!

🚗 One parking permit left so it’s on a first come first serve basis! We're just a short walk away from the main bus stops, train stations & supermarkets :) There’s also free parking off North Street.

🐱 No pets but we do have a friendly cat who visits everyday :)
