The rest of the flat is furnished, but if you want to add any furniture to the communal space you're welcome to if we can fit it in. There's a lovely patio space with a garden table and chairs plus lots of space for plants and bikes.
Please note: the flat is at basement level, accessed via a set of steps from the street level (see photos). Also, there's a cat! (she's wonderful).

I'm 32, and work from home a few days a week but do go into the office. I'm considerate, and affable, but do appreciate alone time. I'd love to be friendly with my housemate, so someone who likes a chat and a bev is very appreciated. I'm very into left wing politics, comedy, arts and a glass of wine. Also, this is an LGBTQ+-friendly home and I'd be looking to keep it that way.
About the tenancy:
My housemate is moving out so I'm looking for a new housemate to share with me; the contract is 12 months with an option to break at 6 months.
Council tax band is B.
