Lovely room in house share in Southville

Lovely cosy room in Southville - my old room. £675 per month includes council tax with water, energy, WiFi coming to £40 per person.
Parking available out the front of the house.

The contract is tied to the room rather than the house so you wouldn’t have to worry about the whole house being tied into a contract.

We’re a sociable but easy going group of working professionals who enjoy catching up over dinner or drink, but we also value each other’s space and keep things respectful, tidy, and quiet during the working week.

There is also a small community of Milford street residents who do lovely socials like Christmas carols, gardening etc. The harbour is easy to walk to and max 20 min into town.

There is 2 showers/ bath, two toilets, living room, kitchen, garden. The bedroom is unfurnished but I may be able to leave some items if you prefer.
