Beautiful attic room(s) in our Southville palace:)

About me: Hi! I’m a young professional looking for two housemates to share this beautiful house with on a 6 month let only.

I’ve recently moved to Bristol and am enjoying the amazing music, film and coffee culture that thrives in this city.

I’m looking for people who have similar standards of cleanliness when it comes to shared spaces and who are very happy eating anything I bake! Not a party household but know how to have a good time (watches a lot of T. V).

Would love to find housemates who like to hangout but are also comfortable doing their own thing.

About the room: the room is the third floor, spacious attic room with an ensuite. The room is fully furnished, coming with a double bed, triple wardrobe, shelving unit, shelving and a desk/dressing table.

About the house: a three story terraced house, 123 has modern decor. It has three bathrooms (featuring a very big bath!), a new(ish) kitchen and a garden. There are three bedrooms.

We also have an unfurnished room if you have someone else in mind to move in with. This room is very spacious and light, on the second floor, and is unfurnished except for built in wardrobes.

Looking for someone to love this house for a short-term let (6 months).

Bills (in total): Council Tax - Band C £200, Internet - 23.99 pm, Gas and Electricity - £100, Water - £35 (all split between housemates)
Parking permits required.
