One room will be available in a lovely modern Southville home from December. The house features a spacious and stylish kitchen/dining area, a cozy living room, two bathrooms and a sunny garden/terrace - perfect for relaxing with a coffee or an evening glass of wine!
The available room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There's potentially space for a small corner desk but this room would not suit someone who works remote/ from home full time.
Rent is £700 per month and that includes all bills (utilities, internet, council tax).
A little about me - I'm new to the Southville area, so it would be great to live with someone who is up for exploring our new neighbourhood together. I work full time for the University, with a couple days a week from home. Outside of work I love travelling, learning French, sampling the best pastries Bristol has to offer, and keeping active with pole fitness, hiking and pilates.
I'd love to find a housemate who is friendly and respectful and happy to stick to a simple cleaning rota. If you've got green fingers and want to help me bring the garden to life, even better!
