Small Double room to rent in Southville

We have a small double room to rent in our house in Southville available on the 1st November. It is in a great location just off of North Street and within walking distance to the city centre.

The house also has a garden and storage for a bike.

The rent is £475 a month.

Council tax is Band B, and with bills this comes to roughly £120 a month.

The room is part furnished and comes with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and clothing rail.

We are a house of 3 friendly girls Alice, Holly and Imogen, looking for a replacement for our lovely housemate Mollie. We are a close group of girls and regularly do days out/activities together so we would love to find a housemate who would like to join in with us.

We are all working professionals and are looking for someone with a similar working pattern. As the bedroom is smaller, it wouldn't suit someone who needs to work from home.

We like to keep the house tidy and de-cluttered, so we have a cleaning rota for rooms such as the bathroom, but when it comes to doing things such as the dishwasher/taking out the bins we all chip in to help throughout the week.
