Double room in Southville flat share

Looking for a housemate to fill a double bedroom in our flat as our current housemate is moving in with her partner. The cost of the room is £650 and bills, including council tax and internet, come to around £150 a month.

About the flat:

Located on Coronation road, the flat is spread over the 1st and 2nd floor of the building, with the ground floor below us being another flat. We are very close to the centre of town, north street and Wapping wharf with Asda, Aldi and the Co-op all in walking distance. There is a large bathroom with a toilet in, a separate toilet with sink, a kitchen and a large shared living room overlooking the river.

The room comes unfurnished, but there is a built in wardrobe. The room is on the 2nd floor with a south facing window.

About the Tenants:

I'm working full time in communications and PR and our other housemate, Kegan, works in a local cafe/gym. We are a laid back, friendly and tidy flat. We enjoy going to the pub or chilling in the flat playing board games! Looking for someone with similar vibes :)

We originally met on Spareroom so we are hoping to find someone that becomes a friend as well as a housemate!

The room is available from 7th November.
