Short term double room Southville

I’ll be letting out the spare room in my house for a few months from mid Nov into Dec/Jan depending

I’ll be away travelling for work between Nov 27th and Dec 10th so you will have the house to yourself for that time, and I am open to the right person staying on over Christmas and into January if it’s the right fit.

The room comes furnished with a comfy King size bed, wardrobe and desk.

Please note, though my place is a terrace house (not a flat) it is on the smaller side, there is just 1 shared bathroom and 1 open living space downstairs.

There is a small rear garden and street parking for residents.

The location is pretty great, it’s a short walk over the bridge to Whapping Warf and North St pubs / restaurants are just round the corner.

The room would suit someone that doesn’t work 5 days a week from home. I myself work fully remotely, though I mix it up a lot by working from cafes and friends houses and am out n about a lot in the evenings and weekends.
