Hello everyone!

My name’s Marie, and I’m looking for someone to take over my current flatmate’s room, as she’ll be moving back to London soon.

🛏️ About the Flat:
* Located in South Bristol, near Ashton Gate Stadium
* Top-floor two-bedroom flat
* The available room is unfurnished, so you’ll need your own furniture (including a bed)
* Bright and airy, with plenty of natural light
* Shared spaces include a living area, kitchen, and bathroom (photos below!)
💰 Rent: £675 per month
💰 Deposit: £ 778.5 

💡 Bills & Council Tax: Around £800 all together rent included per month. (Though can change depending on usage of gas/electricity)(Council Tax Band B).
📅 Move-in Date: Semi-flexible — ideally around the end of November or sometime during December.
📆 Tenancy Length: The tenancy runs until 26th July 2026, at which point we’ll both be moving out.
📝 Checks: Please note that the letting agents will need to carry out standard reference checks and gather some basic information before you’re able to move in.

👋 About Me:

I’m 23, a working professional in Bristol. I’m outgoing and friendly but also value my own space. I love cooking, reading, arts and crafts, hiking, camping, and hitting the gym. I’m not much of a drinker or party-goer, I prefer a relaxed home environment.

I’m tidy and considerate and would love to live with someone who’s also genuinely clean, respectful, and easy-going. I really like keeping the flat fresh and comfortable, so ideally you’re someone who tidies up after yourself and helps keep the shared spaces nice for both of us. If that sounds like you, we’ll get along great!
