Large Room in Southville

I'm moving out of my room in Southville (BS3 1LZ) in early January. There'll be 7.5 months left on the contract (ends 21 August but housemates will likely rollover another year).

Room is large with a king-size bed, great kitchen (inc dishwasher), living room with a big TV and a garden with garden furniture (not in photo). Housemates are all recent grads aged 22-24 (2 girls and 1 boy). Their interests include climbing, hockey, music and gigs. They're lovely people who are up for movie nights and the odd trip to the pub (of which there are 4-5 in a 2 min walk).
