Large room + en-suite in southville flat

Hey all,

I’m moving out of my room in January and would like to get someone confirmed in December to move in w/c 1st Jan (can be a little flexible on dates).

I’ve been here for 3 years and have had the perfect space for what I need. The flat is ground floor with no direct neighbours which has allowed me to make music and having my own studio space!

There are actually 2 rooms going in this house so if you were looking to move with a friend that option is also available, both with private bathrooms. Theres is a shared living room / lounge area and a little pitch of astroturf outside. It’s right next to the same Emily park and has super easy access to north st, east st and just a 5 min walk away from harbourside, location is great!

You’ll be living with Chris (and another house mate tbc) who is super chill, keeps himself to himself but is always down for a chat. He’s a working professional and is often out on work trips.
