Large loft bedroom with private bathroom

The entire top floor of the house will be your private area, including a beautiful large bedroom and shower room. Furnishings include a small double bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables, a desk, Herman Miller office chair and external monitor.

Downstairs you have access to the kitchen with a dining table and lovely south facing garden. I stay on the first floor with my own bathroom. Please note that the lounge and gym room are for my private use only and it's super important that you will help to keep a clean and tidy environment.

The rent includes all bills and a fortnightly cleaner. I charge an extra £20 per month in addition to the rent, for which I provide household basics like loo roll, washing up liquid & cleaning products.

The house is just a few minutes walk to Wapping Wharf, 10 minutes to the city centre and 10 minutes from North Street - so is perfect for those who enjoy to support all the wonderful local shops and businesses.

I’m a teacher and sports person and an avid movie watcher. I’m looking for a lodger while my wife is away volunteering.
