Veggie/Vegan room in outdoorsy Southville House

We’re looking to replace our dear housemate that has been lost to the evils of London :'(. You'd be living with Aran (27, he/him), Elizabeth (27 she/her), and James (28 he/him).

We’d like the house to feel like a home, so we’re hoping to find friendly people who we can get on well with. You'll find us having dinner, playing board games, and going climbing together pretty often, and would love to find someone who would be keen to join in!

We’re currently a vegan/veggie house and would love to keep it that way! 🌱

📝 About us

Aran - I’ve lived in Bristol on and off for just under 3 years, and like to spend as much time as possible outdoors, climbing, surfing, kitesurfing, cycling, and wild swimming! Big bonus if you’re into those kinda things!!

James - Been in Bristol for a year now, in the middle of an MScR (behavioral ecology) at UoB, and working at a climbing wall in town. Love to climb, run, and generally be outdoors, and also spend plenty of time cooking and baking. Always enjoy company for all of those things!

Elizabeth - Also been in Bristol for about a year now! Loves to spend her time running, cycling, and training for Ironmans.

🏡 About the house
The house is very quirky and spacious, and is located about 5 mins walk from Wapping Wharf, and 5-10 mins from North street. It's not on a main road so is reasonably quiet!
We've got a shared kitchen, living room, laundry room / toilet, hallway, upstairs bathroom, and a bike cubby, so loads of space!
There is permit parking available on our street if you have a car!
We also have a roof terrace which can only be accessed through my room, which is awesome in summer!

🛌 About the room
The room up for grabs is at the front on the house and is pretty spacious! It also has 4 windows on basically every wall so gets loads of light! There's plenty of space for a desk if you WFH.
The room comes with a bed + mattress, small wardrobe, chest of drawers, and build in shelving by the door. (Desk, bedside table, and surfboard rack do not come with the room!)
It's a great room. It can be pretty cold in the winter due to all the windows and external walls, but in the summer its lovely and warm!

💰Rent & bills
We rent from a private landlord who does not live locally, but who is pretty relaxed and helpful!

Bills (water, electricity, council tax band D, WiFi): Around £120 per person per month (energy bills vary a lot through the seasons though).
