Room Available - Large Apartment Share

Apartment is located BS3 Southville area.(Council Tax Band A) It is close to all transport networks, less than 10 minute walk from city centre. Parks and green areas close by, 1 minute away from the popular area of North Street, local shops and major supermarkets on doorstep.

I love pet's, especially dogs but must be fully house trained. Not suitable for cats though because of location to busy roads.

Shared kitchen, large lounge, bathroom and toilet. I have a washing machine but there is also a laundry facility available downstairs. Parking available on request and can use my garage when I'm not there. Bicycle can be stored in apartment.

Although not obsessive about housework, I do like to keep a tidy home and am looking for someone similar. I live a calm, peaceful and mindful life but am friendly and open minded. You do your life, I do mine, providing two-way respect. Many thanks.
