One of my housemates is moving to New Zealand at the end of March so looking for someone to fill the space.
About the room:
Reasonably sized double Room with plenty of natural light. Total price per month is 807 with all bills. Room is unfurnished but would be willing to sell any of the furniture (bed, desk, shelves, clothes rail) if wanted.
Current housemates:
We're pretty sociable, enjoy spending time in and out the house. Hobbies include basket ball, cycling, mountain biking, watching movies, squash, tennis, gym and a few pints at the weekend.
