Family House to share within Ashton / Southville /

I am retired, live with my wife and son + girlfriend. Our house is 5mins walk at buzzing North Street, easy access to busses, and a walkable distance to the city centre and train station - parsson street / temple meads train station
The room is a small double room, with a single bed, a shared upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet.
We are a sociable family but mainly keep things to ourselves.
We would like someone that respectable and trustworthy, if you smoke- can smoke outside but inside the house, very welcome to share our kitchen as long you keep it tidy or my wife is very happy to cook for you contributing for the engridients.
We offer a laundry service with a minimal charge per week.
