Looking for a flatmate Southville

Hi! I’m Zophie and I’m looking for a girl to move into the flat. I have been living here 4 years and it’s an amazing flat but unfortunately my friend (and housemate) is moving out.

A few highlights about the flat:
- 100 metres from the Coop and North St
- Garden and secure bike storage
- The room has its own en suite
- Permit parking on the road
- Room is unfurnished but the furniture in the living room would be staying
- Loads of storage
- Washer/dryer in its own cupboard
- Available from 7th March so would like to get someone in for this date
- Council Tax bad A
- Bills are around £200 each

A bit about me:

I’m 31, and I work in aerospace. I have lived in Bristol for 6 years now, my ideal weekend is going for a run getting a coffee or a pint but definitely my years of going out every weekend are behind me.
I am quite busy (I’m in the office 5 days a week would you believe it!) so while I want to be friends with the person I live with I’m not around loads! Would be great to get a coffee or a pint to see how we get on.
