Cosy Double Room with En-suite in Southville

I’m sadly moving out of this bright, cosy double room in Southville. The room has two built-in wardrobes, cubby holes, and an extra shelf for storage, so there’s lots of space to keep things organised :) It also has its own en-suite with a toilet, sink with storage, and a shower. The room comfortably fits a double bed and a desk, making it perfect for working from home too (if wanted).
I may be selling some of my furniture so feel free to ask about it when meeting!

We’re currently looking for a girl to fill the room. You’ll be sharing the house with five lovely, sociable, and friendly girls - Lucy, Naomi, Katie, Amy, and Beth - aged between 24–27. The house strikes a really nice balance between being social and relaxed 🙂 We regularly spend time chatting, cooking, and hanging out, but everyone also really respects each other’s space.

The girls love doing things together like going for walks, coffees, pub trips, and the occasional house meal — and in the summer the garden is very much in full use ☀️ I’m genuinely gutted to be leaving such a lovely group; whoever moves in next is in for a treat!

There’s a cleaning rota to make sure chores are shared equally, and we like to keep the house clean and organised so everyone can use the space comfortably. The house itself is in a great Southville location, with easy access to local cafés, pubs, shops, supermarkets, and transport links.
