The room you will be living in comes with a desk and desk chair if you'd like, but is otherwise unfurnished. It's a cosy, homely space with views across the neighbouring gardens.

Our house is in a prime location, if you turn left and walk for under 10 minutes you are at Greville Smyth Park, if you walk straight ahead you can be on North Street within 2 minutes.

Locally owned world foods shop just around the corner. Excellent connections to the city, the 24 bus stopson North Street, or alternatively you can get around via Parson Street railway station - a 10 minute walk away.

Tastefully furnished and cosy living room, including:
TV, sofa bed, electric fireplace, HiFi, Speakers, and a fair few plants!

Kitchen has all white goods, gas hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster and toastie maker.

Nicely sized patio garden which turns into a sun trap on summer afternoons. Also has outside furniture and soon a gazebo, perfect for socialising.

Entire property fitted with double glazed windows, installed only last month so the thermal insulation in the house is solid.

The current tenants are myself, Reuben, and my friend Bill. We are two outgoing and social people, love going to gigs, funk evenings and the pub, but we also love evenings in the living room, having a gab and listening to a record, or having a wine n dine :)

We try hard to take pride in the house and keep it clean so there is a weekly clean of the communal areas for all occupants, usually on Tuesdays.

On the request of the landlord, you will need to be on a salary of around 23k+ to be eligible.
