Cosy house share in Southville

Hey Bristol,

Jaye and I (Ella) are looking for someone to join our lovely 3-bedroom house in Southville.

Our housemate, Hannah, is moving out at the end of September, so we're looking for someone to take her room from 30th September.

We're a clean, tidy and sociable household. We enjoy spending our evenings chatting in the living room, watching TV or doing our own thing. We love making the house feel homely while also respecting each other's space and independence.

We're looking for someone who is considerate, easy-going and likes to keep the house clean and tidy.

The house has a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere and definitely isn't a party house, although we do enjoy the odd drink together in the evenings.

There's parking available, so we're happy to consider someone with a car.

A little about us:
I'm (Ella) a crafty girl who loves dancing and anything creative.
Jaye is arty and loves pottery, yoga and spending time outdoors.

The room is unfurnished. Rent is £540 per month, with bills usually up to £150 per month, depending on the time of year.
We'll be doing viewings throughout August.
