Amazing house in a great location available ASAP

Hi guys,

Both of my housemates are moving on to pastures new but I’m not ready to leave this house yet so looking for a new person to join me and my girlfriend who has decided to move in as well. It's an amazing spot, just off North street. It's quiet, 15 mins walk from the harbour/wapping wharf and less than 2 mins to North street which is one of the best spots in Bristol. - loads of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, the weekly market at the tobacco factory, gyms, supermarkets and Greville Smyth park as well as easy access to the tow path along the river.

The room that will be up for grabs is a double room, and the house is a great size. There's a garden which isn't in the pics, a large kitchen and a decent sized living room. The bathroom isn't huge, but it's absolutely fine and has a shower with good water pressure and a bath.

The first of the housemates is moving on the weekend of the 27th of March so we are looking for someone to be in here for the start of April. My girlfriend will follow a couple weeks after when the second moves out.

The three of us have lived together for the best part of 3 years and it’s been a blast but Ted’s done some adulting and bought a house which is why things are changing!

Rent plus bills are in the region of £750 per month all in. For where it is, this is an absolute steal.
