Large double room, Bedminster 600pm April Move in

We're looking for someone to move into our friendly home in Southville for mid February!

4-bed terrace house, with a little back garden, rent is 600pcm (around 730-ish inc. bills), Room available immediately, we're looking for someone on the 16th of April who will be picking up the remaining 5 months on a 6 month contract (minimum)

The room's a very good size (roughly 4x4m with added space from the bay windows) and get lots of light, easily enough space for a double bed and desk. It is currently unfurnished, but has a large wooden storage unit which we could leave for you if needs be.

We're just off Coronation Road, it’s right next to the city centre, Wapping Warf, North Street and a short walk to parks and the Harbourside. Pretty close to nature too with Leigh Woods and Ashton Court nearby.

There is also a small shared space we can either use for storage or as living room - we can work out between us how we want to use it.

I work as a freelance artist (mixed media), sometimes working from my studio and often from home so am around the house quite a lot. Play drums and a bit of guitar, well up for jams if youre into music too

Would be great to live with other creatives, be nice to talk about projects and maybe make some stuff together, share music

My housemate Hal works at a University teaching sound for film and television - he's also a creative, with interests in music, programming and audio visual experimentation.

Josh has also moved in as of Februrary, he works for an enviromental company in Bristol and has a shared love of music and film.

We're looking for people who can communicate well, want to create a healthy environment to live in, and have a good sense of humour. We're both pretty open minded and enjoy connecting with others, looking for like minded nice people to join us

A proactive approach to helping clean and maintain the house would also be great. We'd like to create a sense of community here and make the place feel home. Would be nice to spend some time together, share some meals. We like going to gigs\ events and both work at festivals, but its not much of a party house, we value a bit peace

Apologies that the photos of the room have alot of clutter - our housemate is in the process of moving out. There will be a completely empty room for whoever moves in along with a fresh lick of paint!!
