We have an unfurnished room available from May 10th in our flat in Bedminster. Looking for someone who enjoys a peaceful home life, the flat is pretty spacious, is on a second floor, unique layout, three bedrooms, one large living room, kitchen, and bathroom with shower/bath. No garden unfortunately, but lots of nearby green spaces, such as Greville Smyth Park, Ashton Court, Leigh Woods etc. Great location! Easy walk/cycle into town, or 75/76/24/m1 bus stops. Nearby North Street, and East Street, so also great for shopping for supplies.

We have lived here for 3 years and have had no issues with the property, it’s great for retaining heat in the winter, and stays cool in the summer. The landlord is responsive when needed but otherwise keeps a low profile.

Not too bothered about age and gender, but we are thirty-somethings, looking for someone reliable, and clean. We are also inclusive and see ourselves as allies to the LGBT community so are open to everyone who is kind and not a hateful person.

Current housemates:
Olly - Guitar, music lover, traveller, languages (Japanese) and outdoorsy. Easy going, and working in craft beer.
Georgie - Simpsons lover, and collector of figurines. Is sociable, loves crafts and the outdoors, early riser working as a florist.

We chat and hangout but mainly have our own things going on. Looking for someone to fit this dynamic, and likes a home to be a relaxing place.
