Hi, I'm Alex and I have an attic room which is usually used as a guest space, but I'm happy to rent it out for short term lets! (up to 3 months)

It's a unique space in a converted loft, full of character, plenty of daylight, and ready to move into. But please note this is an attic room with a sloped ceiling, ideal if you don't mind ducking in places, but worth bearing in mind if you're particularly tall! It's also accessed by a spiral staircase.

About me: I'm easy going, friendly, and keep the flat clean and tidy. I'm quite active and spend my time swimming, cycling and running, or just at a pub on North St. I go to London once or twice a week with work, so you'll have plenty of space and quiet too.

Located in Southville, just a 10 min walk to harbourside
On-street parking available (you'll need a permit)
Bills included in the rent (except council tax)
