Large sunny (double bed) room super close to North Street. Lodging with artist house owner, elderly cat, part time lodger artist and occasional theatre practitioner lodgers. Would suit someone very eco-minded ( re. recycling and use of eco detergents etc) Creative, quirky, centrally heated Victorian house, lovely garden and neighbours. Would suit someone who is equally respectful, open minded, sociable but not a big party/late nighter, flexible and clean. I keep the rent low as I do ask cat feeding favours when I am away ( approx one week a month), this is not essential but would be a blessing if you love cats! She is elderly and does yowl at night-your room is at the front so less affected but only apply if you know this won't bother you! Wifi, kitchen diner, all bills included. Shared downstairs toilet, kitchen diner, lounge.
