We are Luke (33) & Finn (24), looking for someone to take the place of our housemate Rikki (29).

The room on offer features a mirrored wardrobe and view over the garden. You will also have use of a second closet on the landing. Room dimensions are approximately 2.30m x 3.30m. The size of the room is reflected in the rent, as you’ll be paying £100pm less than us.

The house is in great nick having been furnished from scratch by ourselves since moving in two years ago. Downstairs we have a living room, a versatile middle room (laundry, bike storage, darts etc), a kitchen with washing machine, microwave, air fryer, cooker/grill, fridge/freezer, ample cupboard space, plus the bathroom. The three bedrooms are all upstairs, and we have a rear garden that we all chip in to keep in good shape.

We’re on a very quiet street with amazing access to the city. Wapping Wharf and Asda are less than 5 minutes’ walk away. The shops of East Street are under 10. Southville is a safe, friendly neighbourhood with a local feel despite being touching distance from the centre.

We’re looking for a fellow laid-back, respectful, and tidy housemate. Proactive help with cleaning, bills and maintenance take precedence over strict rotas and chores. We’re both quite independent given our differing work schedules, but enjoy coming home to some TV in the evenings and getting the weekend’s football on (happy to split a Sky Sports subscription!). To keep the house dynamic fair and equal we cannot consider WFH professionals, sorry.

• This is a joint tenancy for the whole house, not just the room. Finding a replacement tenant will be your responsibility should we not all end the lease together.
• The rental is managed by Allen & Harris estate agent in Clifton
• Handover of the rental agreement will be managed by yourself, the outgoing tenant Rikki, and the estate agent directly
• Note there is a £100 tenant change fee payable to the estate agent
• You will join a rolling tenancy in line with the 2026 Renters' Rights Act
