This is a quiet home in the heart of Southville rather than a busy house-share. It would perfectly suit someone looking for a peaceful environment who wants to feel like they live in a home and doesn't want the noise or clutter of living in a house of 4+ people. I value a peaceful, clean home environment and am looking for a respectful professional (female preferred) who wants a 'home' rather than just a room, someone who is tidy but happy to share the occasional meal or glass of wine.

Your Space
Located on the top floor of a classic Victorian house, this is a spacious, light-filled double room. It comes fully furnished with:
* Double bed with a high-quality mattress
* Built-in wardrobe and plenty of additional storage units
* Bedside unit and a desk (which can be removed if you prefer)
* Private Bathroom: You will have sole use of the bathroom on this floor, located just across the landing.

The House
You will be sharing only with me, a professional female who works from the office 2-3 days a week. The home is designed for comfortable, social living:
* Kitchen/Living: A newly renovated, open-plan kitchen and living area featuring a dishwasher, gas hob, and oven, leading directly onto a private balcony.
* Bonus Space: A separate reception room which is used as a dining room and small library—perfect for a bit of quiet time.

The area
Southville living at its best. You are perfectly positioned to enjoy the city:
* 5 mins walk to North Street (bars, independent shops, and bakeries).
* 10 mins walk to Wapping Wharf (a foodies delight).
* 20 mins walk to Bristol Temple Meads (to keep you connected).

About Me
I’m a professional female balancing office life with a mix of high and low energy. When I am in on a weeknight, you’ll usually find me recharging with a book or a film, but I’m a big fan of live music and getting out for a gig when I can. I love a long walk that conveniently ends at a local pub (Sunday roast is always a bonus), and I’m always down for watching a bit of football.

Agreement & Bills
This is a lodger arrangement with a live-in landlord. To keep things simple, the monthly cost includes:
* All utilities (Electricity, Gas, Water - subject to fair use).
* Council Tax and High-speed Broadband.
* A bi-monthly cleaner for all communal areas.
