Double room in perfect Southville location

Hi 👋

I'm a live-in landlord renting out a spare room in lovely Southville from the 1st of June. The house is on a quiet street in an amazing location, just 5 min walk to Wapping Wharf, 10/15 mins to town. North Street nearby with lots of shops, cafes, and bars. Also a park at the end of the street.
Small patio out the back with a bench, which is nice for a cup of tea and a bit of sun around mid morning in the warmer months.

Here at the moment it's just me and Maggie (cat) so would be good if you like cats or can at least tolerate them! House is very chilled, like to play music occasionally but can adjust volume levels depending on tastes ;)

I work mainly from home but out at an office two days a week, so preferably would find someone who doesn't work from home every day so we don't get under each other's feet.

I'm quite laid back and don't do a lot of partying these days so try to keep things pretty quiet generally. Would be nice if you are a bit sociable who doesn't mind the odd chat or possibly sharing meals occasionally. Appreciate people wanting space though so no pressure.
