Sublet room in Southville

We have a double room up for sublet, from 20th July till 1st September. The room is furnished with a bed, drawers, standing wardrobe and a desk. The bathroom is shared with 1 couple (1 male, 1 female) and common spaces are shared. We also have a back garden which gets a lovely amount of sun! The house is occupied by 2 couples but 1 person will be away for work over this period, so there will only be the 3 of us in the house - 2 females and 1 male. We are professionals in our late 20s/early 30s. We enjoy socialising and cooking together, although we are generally busy throughout the week with our own bits and pieces. Looking for someone tidy and respectful :)
