Double room in shared house - Southville

Lovely double room available in our shared house in southville. The room is the biggest in a 4 bed house (pictures attached). Rent is £800 without bills. All bills for the house are split equally and come to about £90 a month per person.
The room is unfurnished.
On street parking available (if you buy a resident permit, around £15 / month).

The room is currently available and ready for move in.

There are 3 of us currently in the house -
We are Jed, 28, who works at Bath university, who (respectfully) plays guitar, Eartha, 32, who works for a local authority, (and loves the moon) and Louis, 29, who works in software, but knitwear design is his true aspiration!

We live quite communally, and tend to cook for each other and eat meals together when we're at home. Coffee and pints are always welcome!

Bedminster is a great bit of Bristol to live in, we're a few minutes from the Harbour so can walk to town easily. We are 5 mins from North Street and East Street with loads of fun bars and places to eat, and quick access to Victoria Park or Ashton Court.

We love the house, it's got a spacious kitchen and great living room, and a nice bathroom.
Our outside steps double as a terrace when it's sunny.

Viewings will be August 3rd-August 5th
Move in date ideally first half of August, but we have some flexibility if needed.
