New houseMATE wanted

My current flatmate is moving in with his partner, so his room will be available from 31st August. The flat is owned by a private landlord (not me) but I’ll make sure it’s deep cleaned before the new tenancy starts.

The room is a good-sized double and comes with its own separate bathroom (bath with shower). The flat also has a large kitchen, spacious living area, and a private garden/patio that gets plenty of sun.

The communal areas are mostly furnished, but with my flatmate moving out there’ll also be a bit more space, so if you have any furniture or extra storage you’d like to bring, there’s definitely room for it.

A bit about me
I’m 26 and work as an engineer at a tech startup, with a hybrid schedule (usually in the office a couple of days a week). I’m also a Reservist.

Outside of work I like keeping active with running, HIIT and the gym (which is just around the corner). I’m also slightly addicted to the sauna, enjoy cooking, and generally like making the most of my evenings and weekends.

I’m hoping to find someone who’s easy-going and up for a chat every now and then. It’d be nice to live with someone who’s happy to grab a coffee, head to the pub occasionally or just catch up after work, while still appreciating that everyone likes their own space too.
