Bright double room in Southville

I’m looking for a flatmate to move into my house in Southville as my current flatmate is sadly moving away!

It’s a great location, just off of North Street, 15 minutes walk from Harbourside and 10 mins from the big Aldi, gym etc. with a great pub at the end of the street. There is on street parking on our road which you can get a resident’s permit for.

I have lived here since I bought the house a couple of years ago. I’m 30, a lawyer and mostly work in the office (though sometimes from home). I’m sociable and chatty, and looking for a flatmate who is relaxed and happy to hang out and chill together when we’re both in, but also comfortable doing their own thing 😊

The room is unfurnished (furniture pictured belongs to my current flatmate) but the rest of the house is fully furnished already. Bills typically come to just under £200 each per month so total would work out between £700 and £750 per month.
