Small double in lovely shared flat

A lovely small double room available in our shared house in southville. The room is the smallest of 4 in our flat, and is priced lower than the other rooms.
Rent is £590 without bills. All bills for the house are split equally and come to about £90 a month per person.
NB: The deposit is actually £692 per person, when split equally but spare rooms only allowed me to put £650.
The room is furnished.

On street parking available (if you buy a resident permit, around £15 / month) - though, since there are already 2 cars in the houshold, the exact price of a third car will need to be checked.

There are 3 of us currently in the house -
We are Jed, 29, who works at Bath university, who (respectfully) plays guitar, Louis, 29, who works in software, but knitwear design is his true aspiration! And Dani (26) who works as a SEND officer and enjoys swimming, festies, fitness, and also loves to chat about astrology 🌛✨

We live quite communally, and tend to cook for each other meals together when we're at home. Coffee and pints are always welcome! Since two of us are vegetarian / vegan, we do have vegetarian food for most dinners, but it isn't a necessity, we can make it work!
We're ideally looking for someone who's also interested in sharing the space in this way.

Bedminster is a great bit of Bristol to live in, we're a few minutes from the Harbour so can walk to town easily. We are 5 mins from North Street and East Street with loads of fun bars and places to eat, and quick access to Victoria Park or Ashton Court.

We love the house, it's got a spacious kitchen and great living room, and a nice bathroom.
Our outside steps double as a little terrace when it's sunny.

The room will be available and ready for move in on October 31st, though some flexibility may be possible within that final week of October.
