Friendly Southville flatshare

I have a small double room in my 2 person garden flat in Southville. The flat comes with a large lounge/kitchen area, a lovely decent sized garden and a recently fitted shower. It comes unfinished but my previous housemate might leave his bedframe and some of his furniture if needed. The flat is in a central location and very close to Wrapping Wharf, ASDA Bedminster and The Louisiana.
You'd be sharing with me, a 43 year old trans woman. I work 9-5 as a picture framer and when I am home I like to relax. I'm fairly clean, tidy and quiet. I like music, vegan cooking, going to gigs and cinema.
I'm looking for a clean and tidy professional to take the room. Bills should come to about £100-£150 a month. Residential street parking can be made available.
