Located in Southville, close to excellent restaurants, shops, farmers market at the Tobacco Factory, and several parks. Bus stops to all major Bristol and southwest destinations and the Bristol International Airport are on the doorstep. Two local rail stations (Bedminster and Parson St.) are a 10-minute walk, and Temple Meads is a 25-minute walk, and you are only 20 minutes’ walk from the Harbour Front and the city centre.

I am a neat, quiet, hospitable landlord. I live mostly in London and come to Bristol mainly on the days I teach (3-4 days during one semester) at the University of Bristol. My bedroom is closed during my absence, and the apartment would be fully at the tenant's disposal.

I have a preference for a professional or a postgraduate student. If you are a couple, the rent would be increased by around 10%.
