Double room with private bathroom at the end of North Street, Bristol.

Our flat is a ground floor flat with a small garden area. It’s based in a great location at the end of North Street, 10-minute walk to Wapping Warf and 15-minute walk to town centre. The flat is across one floor, with a large, shared living room/kitchen that is open to all flat mates.

The room available is a double bedroom with plenty of light, with an additional place for storage/clothes etc. This room also comes with a spacious private bathroom, your own fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen.

The room comes unfurnished, only small pieces such as bed side table and bookshelf included (Option to buy previous double bed frame from previous tenant if desired).

We are looking for a working professional to join us (no students), male or female, 30-year-old or older only please. No full time WFH.

Current flat mates

We are Jack (32) and James (41), both working professionals. We enjoy being social with each other and get on very well, but equally like and respect each other’s personal space. We take good care of the flat and do our best to keep it clean and looking fresh and would welcome someone who takes care of their surroundings and respects the space we all share (a clean flat is a happy flat 😊). We like to add our personal touch to the flat where possible, so welcome to anyone who wants to chuck more house plants or paintings to the communal space…the more house plants the better!

Jack – I work as a sports lecturer, enjoy being sporty and on the go so always in and out of the flat but equally enjoy my down time watching TV and putting my feet up.

James – Carpenter/designer/maker of sorts. I love all things food. I enjoy trips in my van, short black coffee, riding my bike, skateboards, arts and crafts and making things. Love a chat (will chew your ear off) but equally enjoy my down time and personal space. Would love a fellow creative in the mix :)
