Pleasant, quiet house + garden/parking. Good Locat

There is a double room in a small 3 bed house sharing ideally with one other so that the smaller room can be used as short term let/guest room/library/study!

There are two friendly cats and a young dog also living in the property (So it's good to bear in mind if you either do or don't like living with animals around). I'm hoping to share with similar people ideally who would like a place to consider homely, relaxed and looked after. There is no TV - and though sometimes i think that would be fun i think there should be more fun to be had. The radio / music is often on though, when it's not the sound of the birds in the garden. The Wifi is fine and handy. It is pretty well furnished but speak to me if you have any questions.

The location is awesome and close to everything and some lovely things, though far enough away to be quiet and relaxing and close to gym, green space, transport etc.
