A desk and chair can be provided free of charge on request.
Room 1 has a full ensuite bathroom with a high pressure shower, heated towel rail, sink and toilet. It is a good size double room with a desk.
All you need to provide is your bedding but this can be provided for a charge, if requested.
The kitchen is FULLY EQUIPPED with a cupboard allocated to each bedroom for your personal items. There is a ceramic hob and oven, microwave, washer dryer, tall freezer and 2 fridges. All kitchen equipment is also provided, from wine glasses to the potato peeler so no need to buy anything.
The communal lounge/dining room has a large wall mounted television.
There is 100mg speed FIBRE-OPTIC broadband to cover all internet needs. There is also an industrial sized boiler so there will be hot water in all showers simultaneously if needed!
Rent INCLUDES ALL BILLS - electricity, gas, water, council tax, broadband and a weekly cleaner for bathrooms and the communal area. The Washer-dryer cost is also included so no need for coins.
There are NO AGENCY fees to pay but we charge a £200 reservation fee, deductible from your deposit but non-refundable, in the unlikely event that you do not take up your tenancy.
Your deposit is the same price as your room and is lodged with a government backed tenancy deposit scheme.
