* Total of only 3 maximum permanent housemates at any one time.

Cleaner visits every 2 weeks.

Ideal housemate : Fellow professional person-someone who is respectable, trustworthy and considerate of owner-occupied property, as well as those who also live there.
You will be expected to take responsibility for recycling duties in addition to other such necessary ad-hoc tasks that naturally form part of living in a shared house.
This is not a house where heading straight to your room and hiding in it is considered as social.

N. B. No bike storage facilities inside the house.

Single occupancy only. Overnight guests are permitted max 2 x times per week.
