Here you will find the renowned TOBACCO FACTORY, a brilliant cafe bar with a separate multi-purpose space, used for all sorts including indoor markets and yoga classes. There are plenty of other bars and restaurants, perfect for great nights out without having to go into the City.
Among the countless coffee shops is the newly opened TinCan Coffee Co.

There is a lovely back garden - an enclosed area perfect for sitting out and enjoying a BBQ in the summer! There is also a bike rack for secure bike storage.
The property is LICENSED with Bristol City Council and has therefore met all stringent safety requirements, with integrated fire alarms in every room and emergency lighting in the hall and landings. The key is part of suited system so you only need one key for both the front door and your bedroom.
