Large Victorian House, very close to city centre and popular North Street with Tobacco Factory theatre, cafes, shops.. Easy walk to Templemeads or town.
Ideally let between the end of May to the Middle/end of July but some flexibility.
It is a very spacious home and the double room is down the end of a corridor, quiet and private and overlooks the garden. Private toilet and nearly exclusive use of main bathroom.

The room has been set up as a B&B so it is furnished but with limited storage - chair can be taken out for a clothes rail if needed.

Owners live at the house but often away so the lodger/s would also have to be happy being in the house on their own. If rented by a couple there would be an additional £50 per week for two people. Parking is free after 5pm and before 9am. Some visitor permits available but limited. This is a short term let for approx 6 weeks.
