Sociable professional flatmate wanted

We're sadly saying goodbye to our lovely housemates Sophie and James, and while we've already welcomed Jake to the house, we're now looking for one more person to complete our household.
A little about us:
Claudia is a nurse
Minty manages a music venue
Jake is a musician
We're an easy-going, friendly bunch looking for someone who wants more than just a room. We'd love to find someone who enjoys being part of a home, is happy to muck in with household jobs, share the occasional chat in the garden, and contribute to keeping the house running smoothly.
We enjoy spending time together but we're also busy, independent people who value our own space. We often head away for weekends and understand the importance of respecting each other's privacy. We're looking for someone who is considerate, keeps noise to a minimum at night, and is happy to do their fair share of cleaning and household responsibilities.
Between us, we enjoy cycling, running, reading, painting, photography, and the occasional board game night.
We have a great relationship with our neighbours, which is important to us as we share a garden with them. Our home is a calm, welcoming place where we come to rest, recharge, and enjoy good company. We'd love to find someone who shares those values.
The real boss of the house is Button, our weird and wonderful moggy. Cat lovers will definitely have an advantage!
About the house:
We absolutely love both the house and the area.
Rent: £500 per month
Bills: approximately £135 per month
Deposit: one month's rent

The available bedroom is unfurnished, while the rest of the house is fully furnished. We've all added to and improved the space over time, so the photos are a little outdated.

Three bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet

A shared garden with our lovely neighbours and friends
