The bedroom is in a ground floor flat with shared kitchen, living room and large garden. There is plenty of on street parking.

Your room looks out onto a green with no road or passing traffic, making it quiet and private. The room is generous size of 3.15m x 3.89m. The room has a double bed and mattress already, as well as, a small wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bills are not included but the estimated monthly bill, for utilities and council tax is around £133. I am environmentally and energy conscious and ideally would like you to be too.

I am looking for someone who is also a working professional and enjoys all the brilliant things Bristol has to offer. I am a busy person and spend quite a big of time socialising, so it is important for me to recharge at home.

I would like to live with someone, who I can have a good chat over a cup of tea or glass of wine, but is also happy to be independent. I am keen to meet you in person and get to know eachother irl.
