Female lodger in a quiet house

A double room to rent in a 3 bedroom house. Single occupancy only. You will be living with myself and my two small dogs. Although I have pets, the house is clean and tidy.

The furnished bedroom is light and airy and is quiet, as it is at the back of the house and overlooks the garden.

You will have shared use of the kitchen, bathroom and dining room.
The bathroom and dining room are not used often by myself or others so, most of the time, you will have sole use.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink, storage (cupboard space and drawers) , and a spacious shower.
The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge freezer.

The house is on a quiet road, which is in a great location. It is close to local amenities, such as a park, Sainsbury's and local shops and cafes, and is close to bus routes with connections to the city centre, Temple Meads train station and the Mall.

Rent - £850 per month. Deposit of £425 required.
or.. £600 per month (weekdays only). Deposit of £300 required.
Council tax and all bills included. House has Wifi.

I am looking to live with another female and I would like a responsible professional that wants to live in a quiet home that has dogs.
