Single room in 2 bed house - weekday let

I am a 31 year old professional looking for someone to share my lovely 2 bed house in the peaceful St Anne's. I usually work from home 1 or 2 days per week and am regularly out in the evenings.

The room is available Monday to Friday or Sunday evening to Friday if preferred. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a single day bed (which can be extended to king size if preferred).

You would share a bathroom, kitchen, living room and sunny garden. You could work from home if required.

The property is located in East Bristol, a 15 minute cycle from the city centre - a bike can be stored safely in the shed. There is also a bus stop a short walk away which takes you into the city centre. Walking into town would take around 45 minutes. An allocated parking space will be available from mid-November. In the meantime, you can park on the road.

There is a coop, 2 cafes and a few takeaways a short walk from the house.

The house backs onto a river Avon path which is perfect for lunchtime and evening strolls.

The room is available for £500 per month including bills and fast Internet.
