A lovely double room at the back of a quiet end of terrace home in St Anne's/Brislington. Furnished with the essentials and we can discuss what other pieces you might want when moving in.

It's a homey house, you'd be free to bring your own pieces of furniture and art and make it your own. The garden is a sun trap and we're in close proximity to Sandy Park road with it's cafes and the Langton pub round the corner.

Rent includes bills, you'd be free to work from home several times a week. There's loads of parking spaces along the road so that's never an issue.

I'm an easy-going housemate, who likes to have a relaxed and friendly situation at home, maybe enjoy the occasional dinner together / glass of wine and chat and likes to keep things clean and tidy within reason!
